Boat

This classic 31ft Bertram is powered by two 320hp Cummins, what allows a cruising speed well over 20knots. Habitat has a large cockpit with 2 very comfortable seats / beds on the engine boxes and a nice comfortable seating area in the salon.

The boat is fully equipped for blue marlin and tuna fishing with Black Bart 130lb chair rods, Shimano Tiagra 130lb reels and Black Bart/ Murphy Custom trolling lures.

Captain

Captain Lukas Folk is the owner of Habitat and runs the boat himself. He is a full time fisherman, fishes billfish tournaments all over the world (Hawaii, Costa Rica, Panama, Mauritius, Galapagos and many more) but his passion is trolling lures for big blue marlin. Lukas fishes the Azores since 2008, weighed 3 granders in that time and released hundreds of billfish in these waters. He speaks english, german and french.
